PSA

Public Service Announcement, or PSA is an advertisement that was made by the government or a non profit organization that is focused on getting the attention of the public for a specific cause. It came into being with the beginning of WWII for the promotion of war effort. Often times this includes health and environment issues like the Red Cross blood donations and weather announcements.
