favorite film director

My favorite film director is Clint Eastwood. This film director has 5 people choice's awards, 5 academy awards, 5 golden globe awards that is incredible for a film director. Clint Eastwood became a film director because there was a film company shooting in Ford Ord an assistant spotted Clint Eastwood and snuck him into universal studios and was impressed at what he could do. Clint Eastwood who is now 80 made films like Escape From Alcatraz, Letters From Lwo Jima, Play Misty For Me, Gran Torino and alot more other movies. Before he got into filming he was a factory worker. In 1950 he was brought into the war to fight in ww 2 (world war 2) against Korea. When Clint Eastwood filmed he struggled a lot and needed alot of practice before he got it down. His way of doing films is to make it interseting for people to watch and to make it more exciting.

1950 was the Korean War, fought against North Korea and China by the U.S. and many other U.N. nations including England and Turkey, and is officially a "police action" in America, and was separate from the Second World War, taking place 5 years after.

I'm pretty sure that in most of his movies he only acted and just started directing a short while ago.

I liked how you said that, he needed the help he could get. That really shows that he isn't afraid to ask for help.

WW II wasn't fought against Korea directly, anyway. I know this sounds picky, but some of this isn't grammatically correct. There's punctuation missing, and some sentences just plain don't make sense. I apologize for being a bit of a grammar nazi. I thought Clint Eastwood was only an actor?

It says that he asked for help on his films. That must have really helped him because his films seem to get better and better each time. He is as good a director as he is an actor.
